Max Vault Storage and its affiliates provide services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. Our website, https://www.maxvaultstorage.com, allows you to reserve or rent a unit from Max Vault Storage directly, and also to reserve or potentially rent a unit from non-Max Vault Storage facilities through our referral network.
Because Max Vault Storage does not own or control non-Max Vault Storage facilities in the referral network, our terms and conditions are separated into two categories:
Features and amenities vary by facility. Please contact facilities directly to confirm specific features and amenities before you reserve or rent a unit.
Unit sizes are approximate and actual unit sizes may vary from the size listed. You are responsible for examining your unit before signing the lease agreement.
A reservation is not a rental agreement. A reservation holds your selected unit type for a maximum of fourteen (14) days. Management reserves the right to cancel your reservation, or make a unit substitution, at any time before you sign a lease agreement and rent a unit.
Because demand for storage units is particularly high, we encourage you to rent a unit online as soon as you are ready to proceed.
All promotions, specials, and offers are for new customers only and are based upon unit availability and unit sizes. Please contact facilities directly to confirm the availability of a particular promotion, special, or offer. Promotions, specials, and offers cannot be combined.
All promotions, specials, and offers are subject to the standard fees for rentals, such as an administration fee and the protection plan fee if applicable. Additional fees will therefore apply if a new customer utilizes a promotion, including month free or month for $1 promotions.
All pricing is subject to change or termination without notice. Online pricing may be lower than in-person pricing.
By providing Max Vault Storage with your contact information (such as your email address or telephone number) through our website, forms, or other means, you consent to be contacted by Max Vault Storage by telephone call, text message, and/or email regarding your account, reservations, storage availability, promotions, and other related communications.
SMS/Text Message Communications. By submitting your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from Max Vault Storage. These messages may include account updates, reservation confirmations, payment reminders, promotional offers, and storage-related information. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or rental. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

Max Vault Storage does not share, sell, rent, or disclose your SMS opt-in data or mobile phone number to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your contact information will not be shared with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Online enrollment in autopay constitutes your electronic signature and has the same effect as a handwritten signature on a paper contract. By enrolling, you authorize Max Vault Storage to automatically charge your credit card or debit card, or debit your bank account, monthly for the amount due on your bill. The amount debited will automatically increase or decrease as rental rates change in accordance with your Rental Agreement.
To cancel your auto pay, please contact your facility or our corporate office at the telephone number listed in the Contact section below. If there is a change to your bank or card information, including the expiration date, you must sign in to your online account or contact your facility to update your auto pay information.
Max Vault Storage is not liable for erroneous bill statements or incorrect debits or charges. However, if we are notified of a billing error, we will correct it.
If an auto pay payment is rejected, refused, returned, disputed, or reversed by your financial institution or card issuer for any reason, Max Vault Storage may charge you a returned payment fee and/or late payment fee, and cancel your auto pay enrollment. We may attempt to contact you as a courtesy to make other payment arrangements. However, if payment is not made, you will be subject to the lien enforcement procedures stated in your Rental Agreement.
Your stored items are not covered by Max Vault Storage’s insurance. Max Vault Storage offers a Protection Plan so your stored items can be covered under certain circumstances. Protection Plans are not insurance. Please review our Protection Plan details carefully before enrolling.
Max Vault Storage is a registered trademark. All content and web design on Max Vault Storage’s website, mobile app, and other technology platforms belongs to Max Vault Storage and cannot be copied or reused. Reposting our content is also prohibited.
Content cannot be reposted or reused even if changes are made to the content in order to avoid copyright infringement. Any unauthorized use of our trademarks, content, or design may violate applicable laws and is strictly prohibited.
Max Vault Storage’s website may link to third-party websites that Max Vault Storage does not control. We make no representations or warranties about such third-party sites, nor do we endorse such sites or their content. If you access third-party websites, you do so at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those sites.

Max Vault Storage’s website, mobile app, and any other technology platforms are provided “as is” without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not responsible for failures, such as network connectivity or transmission failures, or technical, hardware, and/or software failures that may affect your use of our services or your ability to complete a transaction.
These terms and conditions may be changed at any time without notice. Revised terms and conditions will be posted on this page, with the date revised noted at the top or within the Terms of Use. Your continued use of the website or services after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Max Vault Storage is formed and does business within South Carolina (SC). The laws of this state shall apply to these Terms of Use and to any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the website, our services, or your relationship with Max Vault Storage, without regard to conflict of law principles.
At Max Vault Storage we put the customer first. If we do not have a storage facility in your neighborhood, we want to help you find one. Our website allows you to search for non-Max Vault Storage facilities and, in some cases, to reserve or potentially rent a unit from a non-Max Vault Storage facility through our referral network. This is intended to give you a seamless web user experience.
However, we do not own or manage these non-Max Vault Storage facilities. We cannot control or influence these facilities, nor do we make any warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding their customer service, storage quality, pricing, security, or policies.
While you are on https://www.maxvaultstorage.com, you are subject to the Max Vault Storage Terms and Conditions described on this page. However, any reservations or rentals for non-Max Vault Storage facilities are made with the facility directly, not with Max Vault Storage, even if the transaction is initiated on our site.
When transacting with a non-Max Vault Storage facility, you are bound by that facility’s own terms and other contracts, including but not limited to its website’s Terms of Use, privacy policy, rental agreement, and any other applicable agreements. Please contact the non-Max Vault Storage company or visit its website for more information and to review the terms that apply to you.
Max Vault Storage is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
